Chatham's Place Restaurant The Chatham
brothers, graduates of the Culinary Institute of America, prepare specialties
at their superb restaurant in Orlando. The most popular appetizer here is the Maryland-style crab cakes, but the New Orleans-style shrimp brochette is also worth sampling. The chef also does wonders with desserts like pecan-macadamia nut pie. This place regularly appears on the "top-ten" list of virtually all eating guides for Florida. The setting is a nondescript office building, but the food's and service is so good - you won't care! Because Chatham's Place only seats 65, reservations are "a must" for dinner. Opening
