The Sanctury is only 5 minute's drive from Interstate 4. It is a security, gated lakeside community situated within the larger complex of Westhaven surrounded by conservation and wild life area. The surrounding wetlands are home to many different birds, including ospreys, cranes, great egrets and white ibis.
Located just off the I4 at junction 58 next to Championsgate with its two Greg Norman designed championship golf courses and David Leadbetter Golf academy, with a Publix supermarket, McDonalds, Subway. Walgreens pharmacy, gas station and ATM, Italian restaurant and pizzeria and a Chinese take away.
Disney is 10 minutes drive away with Universal being a 25 minute drive. Orlando International Airport is only 30 minutes away with Sanford Airport, about 1 hours drive Cocoa Beach and Kennedy Space Centre on the East Coast and Springwater Beach and Tampa on the West Coast, both reachable within about an1 hours drive.
