The Esprit development is a walled community situated in a well maintained 9 hole executive golf course, complete with tennis and basketball courts, a large lake that is used for fishing, barbeques and walking. Esprit also sits on the banks of the 600 acre Lake Davenport in a conservation area with an abundance of wildlife.
A bakery is nearby, many shops and the 19th hole are all within walking distance. In just 2 minutes drive there is a 24 hour Super Wal-Mart, a Publix supermarket and a 24 hour Denny’s. An ATM bank is within reach by foot along with some food outlets, a Liquor store and a bar.
The Esprit Community is located at the junction of the 192 with its many attractions such as the Old Town, restaurants and shops, bike and vintage car parades, Boggy Creek Airboat Rides. Medieval Times, western horse riding and Gatorland and Highway 27.
The Gulf Coast beaches are only about 45 minutes drive and it is easy to access Tampa, or the Atlantic coast resorts such as Daytona Beach from here. Busch Gardens is less than an hour's drive away.
